- Approval of an Amendment with Clackamas Women's Services for enhancing the provision of linguistically and culturally responsive services to victims through the Clackamas Women's Services Latinx Services initiative. Amendment Value is $105,030 for 1 year. Total Agreement Value is $210,060 for 2 years. Funding is through Oregon Criminal Justice Commission Justice Reinvestment Program. No County General Funds are involved. – CCSO
- Approval of an Amendment with Northwest Family Services for community-based victim services. Amendment Value is $50,398.49 for 1 year. Total Agreement Value is $100,796.98 for 2 years. Funding is through Oregon Criminal Justice Commission Justice Reinvestment Program. No County General Funds are involved. – CCSO
- Transportation & Development
- Approval of a Resolution Declaring the Public Necessity and Purpose for the Acquisition of Rights of Way, Easements, and Fee Property, and Authorizing Good Faith Negotiations and, if Necessary, Condemnation Proceedings, for the Scotts Mills Road NE Butte Creek Bridge Replacement Project. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Amendment to an Agreement with Oregon Department of Corrections for work crew labor. Amendment Value is $20,000 and no time increase. Total Agreement Value is $45,000 for 5 years. Funding is through County Park user fees and other park revenue sources. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of Funding Agreements with American Metal Specialties, Batish Home Bake, Benchmade Knife Company, Optimize Technologies, and Rogue Fabrication for Business Development Grant Program awards. Total Award Value of five agreements is $440,000. Funding is through Lottery Dollars. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Grant Application to the US Department of Transportation for a traffic safety and road curve study. Application Value is $2,425,632 for 5 years. Funding is through the US Department of Transportation and $606,408 in matching funds from the County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.

- Approval of a Grant Agreement with Oregon Housing and Community Services for property redevelopment funds. Agreement Value is $200,000 for 2 years. Funding is through Oregon Housing and Community Services. No County General Funds are involved.

- COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR UPDATE
Administrator Schmidt shared community praise of Transportation and Development employees for excellent customer service. - COMMISSIONER COMMUNICATION
Commissioner Savas commented on upcoming budget decisions, the finances of NCPRD and shared his support of the public safety levy.
Commissioner West reflected on Board decisions and his accomplishments since taking office in January 2023.
Commissioner Helm updated the Board on several community meetings she attended, including the Stafford Hamlet.
Vice Chair Schrader spoke on the partnership between OSU Extension and Clackamas Community College, as well as her participation with the Willamette Falls Heritage Area.
Vice Chair Schrader adjourned the meeting at 11:26AM
