- Second Reading of Ordinance 06-2026 to Amend County Code Chapter 7.03, Road Use. No County General Funds are involved.

- Approval of Previous Business Meeting Minutes – BCC
- Approval of an Amendment with Clackamas Children’s Center for forensic evaluations, victim-focused support services and coordinated investigation assistance. Amendment Value is $26,494.01 for 1 year. Total Agreement Value is $52,988.02 for 2 years. Funding is through Oregon Criminal Justice Commission Justice Reinvestment Program. No County General Funds are involved. – CCSO
- Tourism
- Approval of an Interagency Agreement with the Oregon Department of Transportation for creation of Historic Highway State Trail maps. Agreement Value is $20,000 for 10 months. Funding is through State Transient Lodging Tax. No County General Funds are involved.
- Transportation & Development
- Approval of a Principal River Conservation Area Review and Floodplain Development Permit for installation of indigenous artwork at Barton Park by Clackamas River Basin Council. Application has no fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved.
- Health, Housing & Human Services
- Approval of a Revenue Agreement with Health Share of Oregon for community-based public health services for Medicaid members. Agreement Value is $870,416 for 1 year. Funding is through Health Share of Oregon.
- Approval of the 2026 Community Development Action Plan, including applications for the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership Grant, and Emergency Solutions Grant Funds. Total Application Value is $3,214,332.03 for 7 years. Funding is through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. No County General Funds are involved.
