- PUBLIC HEARINGS (The following items will be individually presented by County staff or other appropriate individuals. Persons appearing shall clearly identify themselves and the department or organization they represent. In addition, a synopsis of each item, together with a brief statement of the action being requested shall be made by those appearing on behalf of an agenda item.)
- Approval of a Supplemental Budget Resolution for Fiscal Year 2025-26. Fiscal impact is a net increase in appropriations of $18,956,801. Funding is through Beginning Fund Balance, Taxes, Charges for Services, Federal/State/Local Funding, Other Revenue Resources, Intrafund Transfers, and $3,950,000 of County General Funds.
- CONSENT AGENDA (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)

- Approval of an Amendment with the Oregon State Marine Board for recreational boating enforcement on County water bodies. Amendment Value is $130,148 for 1 year. - Authorization of Written Consent to legal representation by Cable Huston in condemnation litigation. No fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved.
- Health, Housing & Human Services
- Approval of an Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Health Authority to add funds and update eligible expenses for outpatient, geriatric, rental assistance and civil commitment services. Amendment Value is $641,489.27 for 18 months. Total Agreement Value is $18,750,261.79 for 18 months. Funding is through the Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Local Subrecipient Grant Agreement with ColumbiaCare Services for Residential Treatment Services. Agreement Value is $260,000 for 18 months. Funding is through the Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of Professional Services Agreement with Northwest Permanente for Associate Emergency Medical Services Medical Directors. Agreement Value is $366,000 for 5 years. Funding is through the American Medical Response Agreement System Enhancement Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Amendment to the Revenue Intergovernmental Agreement with Oregon Health Authority for the Rural Health Transformation Program. Amendment Value is $117,000 for 2 months. Total Agreement Value is $6,668,979.61 for 2 years. Funding is through the Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Amendment with Catholic Charities for Supportive Services at Good Shepherd Village. Amendment Value is $1,095,166 for 1 year. Total Agreement Value is $4,348,765.55 for 4 years. Funding is through Supportive Housing Services Measure funds. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Amendment to a Subrecipient Agreement with Friends of Canby Adult Center for older adult meal delivery and transportation services. Amendment Value is $275,075 for 14 months. Total Agreement Value is $1,229,311 for 4 years. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Human Services. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Amendment to a Subrecipient Agreement with the City of Gladstone for older adult meal delivery and transportation services. Amendment Value is $74,500 for 1 year. Administrator Schmidt noted County projects recognized with Daily Journal of Commerce awards and previewed the following week’s Budget Committee schedule.
- COMMISSIONER COMMUNICATION
Commissioner Schrader commented on Metro’s response to solid waste cost concerns.
Commissioner Savas discussed the result and implications of the recent Sheriff’s Public Safety levy vote.
Commissioner Helm thanked supporters in the recent primary election and shared about her work on County parks.
Chair Roberts reported on a visit to the Port of Portland and remarked on Memorial Day.
