Agenda Item Action 
Approval of January 09, 2025 C4 Minutes Minutes approved. 
Library District Task Force The Board of County Commissioners, sitting as the Library District Board, established a Library District Taskforce to make recommendations on longstanding district issues. Mayors Hodson and Walker were nominated as candidates for the rural mayor seat. Mayor Buck will circulate an email between urban mayors to determine urban mayoral candidates. 
2025 Strategic Investment Fund Update Mr. Bezner discussed the SIF, including projected expenditures through June 2025 and potential projects through 2030. Discussions followed about savings created for the county, the division of responsibility for road improvements, what happens to SIF revenue when all jurisdictional transfers are completed, and the importance of certain facilities. 
State Legislative Update Mr. Wilson discussed Clackamas County legislative initiatives. The Joint Values and Outcomes document on transportation remains valid. Updates and a discussion followed about the 2025 state session, a possible state transportation funding package, and transit. 
Updates/Other Business JPACT – Discussed potential Regional Flexible Fund Allocation (RFFA) bond, and possible JPACT trip to Washington, D.C.
