Election Day is Today for the May 20, 2025 Special District Election
Ballots must be mailed with a valid postmark or returned to an official ballot drop site before 8 p.m. tonight.
Oregon City, OR – Today, May 20 is Election Day. Ballots for the May 20, 2025 Special District Election must be mailed with a valid postmark or returned to an official ballot drop site before 8 p.m. tonight.
The Happy Valley Vote Center inside the Happy Valley Library and the Oregon City elections office offer voter assistance and replacement ballots. Voters can also request a replacement ballot using the online Replacement Ballot Request form at www.clackamas.us/elections/ballot-request.
Each voter service location is staffed by sworn election officials. Citizens can replace a lost or damaged ballot, update voter registration information, get voting assistance if they have a disability, get voting assistance in a preferred language, return their voted ballot, or vote in person. Voters can choose the location that works best for them. Both locations are open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. today, Election Day.

25 official ballot drop sites are open until 8 p.m. tonight. Voters wanting to mail their ballot today are advised to walk it into a post office and have the postmark hand stamped by a postal worker.
Voters can return their voted ballot to any official ballot drop site in the state. Find your nearest official ballot drop site in Clackamas County listed below or online at clackamas.us/elections/official-ballot-drop-sites. The ColtonTel official ballot drop site is temporarily closed due to construction at that location through December 2025 and Colton residents should choose any alternate location. Those official ballot drop sites marked with an asterisk have drive-up ballot drop access. All official ballot drop sites close at 8 p.m. sharp.

Unofficial election results will be posted tonight shortly after 8 p.m. on the Clackamas County Elections website at clackamas.us/elections. Unofficial results will be posted three times on election night and then daily on May 21, May 22, and May 23. The full unofficial election results schedule is posted online. Final official results will be certified June 11.
