Oregon City, OR – Today, May 19 is Election Day. Ballots for the May 19, 2026 Primary Election must be mailed with a valid postmark or returned to an official ballot drop site before 8 p.m. tonight.
This is a county-wide election. Where you live and what party you are affiliated with determines what contests are on your ballot.
The Happy Valley Vote Center, located inside the Happy Valley Library, and the Oregon City Elections Office at the Red Soils Campus offer voter assistance and replacement ballots for Clackamas County voters. Voters may also request a replacement ballot online at clackamas.us/elections/ballot-request.
Each voter service location is staffed by sworn election officials and provides a range of services, including replacing lost or damaged ballots, updating voter registration information, providing accessible voting assistance for individuals with disabilities, offering language assistance, accepting returned ballots, and in-person voting.
Voters may choose the location most convenient for them.

Clackamas County Elections has 26 official ballot drop sites open until 8 p.m. on Election Day, May 19, 2026. Voters can return their voted ballot to any open official ballot drop site in the state. Need to return your ballot by mail?
If you must return your ballot by mail today, you are encouraged to take it directly to a post office and have the postmark hand stamped at the counter.
Due to changes in how the United States Postal Service mail processing, Clerk McMullen recommends using an official ballot drop site to return your ballot. If mailing is necessary, voters must ensure their ballot is postmarked by Election Day, May 19, and received within seven days to be counted.
Unofficial election results
Unofficial election results will be posted on the Clackamas County Elections website at clackamas.us/elections beginning shortly after 8 p.m. on election night. Unofficial results will be posted three times that evening and then posted daily through the end of the week.
