Tips for scheduling by phone
To schedule an inspection, call the Inspection Request Line at 503-742-4720, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Requests must be made before 2 p.m. to be scheduled for the following business day.
When using the inspection line:
- Have your permits ready
Make sure to have the permit numbers associated with the inspections you are requesting. - Inspection codes
You will be asked to enter a code for the type of inspection you need. You can access a list of codes below: - Contact information
Please leave your name and phone number. - The main contact on the permit should receive an email confirmation once the inspection is scheduled.
