PUBLIC COMMUNICATION
(The Chair of the Board will call for statements from citizens regarding issues relating to County government. It is the intention that this portion of the agenda shall be limited to items of County business which are properly the object of Board consideration and may not be of a personal nature. - HOUSING AUTHORITY PUBLIC HEARING (The following items will be individually presented by County staff or other appropriate individuals. Persons appearing shall clearly identify themselves and the department or organization they represent. In addition, a synopsis of each item, together with a brief statement of the action being requested shall be made by those appearing on behalf of an agenda item.)
- Approval of a Resolution authorizing Development Agreements for sale of Housing Authority properties to provide affordable homeownership opportunities. Property Sale Gross Revenue Value is approximately $20,700,000. No County General Funds are involved.

- First Reading of an Ordinance to amend County Code Chapter 2.15: County Internal Auditor. No fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved.

- Approval of Previous Business Meeting Minutes – BCC
- County Counsel
- Approval of a Board Order designating the District Attorney’s Office as responsible for civil commitment proceedings. No fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Resolution to allow property tax relief for properties destroyed in September 2020 Wildfires and rebuilt by owners. Fiscal Impact is approximately $31,000 in reduced General Funds available to the County through property tax revenue.
- Transportation & Development
- Approval of a Release of Permanent Storm Drainage Easement to Dick S. Yabuki and Janet S. Yabuki at 12968 SE Sunnyside Rd, Clackamas. No fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved.
- Health, Housing & Human Services
- Approval of a Personal Services Contract with Brown Consulting Associates for regulatory audits of Health Centers services. Contract Value is $1,075,000 for 5 years. Funding is through Health Centers’ Fee for Services Revenue. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Revenue Grant Agreement with Oregon Housing and Community Services for Neighborhood Stabilization Program redevelopment activities. Agreement Value is $338,321.28 for 3 years. Funding is through Oregon Housing and Community Services. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Subrecipient Grant Agreement with Oregon Housing and Community Services for installation of Canby-area emergency generators. Grant Value is $820,000 for 3 years. Funding is through Oregon Housing and Community Services. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Board Order authorizing Keys to Clackamas County Homeownership Program Down Payment Assistance and delegating signature authority to the Chair, the Administrator, the Department Director, and/or the Division Director for related Subrecipient Agreements. Order Value is $6,900,000 for 29 months. Funding is through Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery funds. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement with Clackamas Fire District #1 for the Community Paramedic Program. Amendment Value has no fiscal impact and extends agreement for 4 months. Total Agreement Value is $1,002,563 for 2 years and 4 months. Funding is through the American Rescue Plan Act State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Application for continuation of a federal grant for transit service between Sandy and Timberline Lodge. Application Value is $2,860,000 for 3 years. Funding is through the Federal Highway Administration. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Grant Application to the Oregon Health Authority for suicide prevention training and firearm vaults. Grant Value is $10,000 for 1 year. Funding is through the Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved.

Total Agreement Value is approximately $1,426,616 for 30 months. Funding is through reimbursement from Clackamas River Water. No County General Funds are involved.
