Oregon City, OR - Clackamas County Elections will provide extended in-person voter services on Saturday, May 16, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at both the Oregon City Elections Office and the Happy Valley Vote Center.
The Happy Valley Vote Center, located inside the Happy Valley Library, and the Oregon City Elections Office at the Red Soils Campus offer voter assistance and replacement ballots for Clackamas County voters. Voters may also request a replacement ballot online at clackamas.us/elections/ballot-request.
Each voter service location is staffed by sworn election officials and provides a range of services, including replacing lost or damaged ballots, updating voter registration information, providing accessible voting assistance for individuals with disabilities, offering language assistance, accepting returned ballots, and in-person voting.
Voters may choose the location most convenient for them.

Need to return your ballot by mail?
If returning your ballot by mail, voters are encouraged to bring it directly to a post office and have the postmark hand stamped at the counter.
In the days leading up to Election Day, Clerk McMullen recommends returning your ballot to one of the 26 official ballot drop sites throughout the county. If mailing is necessary, voters must ensure their ballot is postmarked by Election Day, May 19, and received within seven days.
Official Ballot Drop Sites
Clackamas County Elections has 26 official ballot drop sites open until 8 p.m. Election Day, May 19, 2026. They listed in the County Voters’ Pamphlet and on the county elections website: clackamas.us/elections/official-ballot-drop-sites.
Ballots must be mailed back with a valid postmark or returned to an official ballot drop site by 8 p.m. on Election Day, May 19, 2026.
Unofficial election results will be posted on election night, May 19, 2026 shortly after 8 p.m. on the Clackamas County Elections website at clackamas.us/elections. Final official results for the May 19, 2026 Primary Election will be certified on June 15.
