Gladstone man who kidnapped, sexually abused Canadian girl pleads guilty

OREGON CITY, Or. -- A Gladstone man who transported a 13-year-old Canadian girl to Oregon City where he sexually abused her was sentenced Friday in Clackamas County Circuit Court to 75 months in prison.

Noah Whitefield Madrano, 43, pled guilty to Rape in the Second Degree, Kidnapping in the Second Degree and Sexual Abuse in the First Degree. Other related sex crimes were dismissed as part of a plea agreement. 

Man who used excavator to break into bank ATM sentenced to 55 months in prison

OREGON CITY, Or. -- One of two men accused of using a stolen excavator to break into a bank ATM and steal cash pleaded guilty Friday in Clackamas County Circuit Court to theft and other charges.

Matthew Evan Armour, 33, pleaded guilty to Aggravated Theft in the First Degree, two counts of Criminal Mischief in the First Degree and two counts of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. He was sentenced to 55 months in prison. Other charges were dismissed as part of a plea agreement. 

Armed man’s two-hour standoff with deputies leads to guilty plea and 60 months in prison

OREGON CITY, Or. -- An armed man who was in a two-hour standoff with a SWAT team on July 8 pleaded guilty Friday to several criminal charges arising from the confrontation.

Rian Keith Pittman, 35, pleaded guilty in Clackamas County Circuit Court to two counts of Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Menacing and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Other charges were dismissed as part of a plea agreement. Pittman was sentenced to 60 months in prison.
