  • Basic Homeowner Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical permits on your own residence or home-based business that do not require plan review

Schedule an inspection for Monday through Friday. All requests must be received before 6 a.m. on the day of the inspection.

Searching tip: less is more. When searching for permits, fill in only the address field to find your property before narrowing your search further.

Construction noise is allowed in unincorporated Clackamas County between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., seven days a week.  Details are in County Code Chapter 6.05.

If your construction project requires working earlier than 7 a.m. or later than 10 p.m., you can apply for a variance online. The variance webpage includes FAQs that can help you determine if a variance is right for you.
