Human Resources strives to maintain a highly qualified and diverse staff to support the county’s mission. We provide consultative human resource services and the infrastructure that sustains our County departments.

Through our three divisions, we provide comprehensive, timely and progressive employment practices and services in the following areas:

  • Human Resources
    Human Resources services including recruitment, classification and compensation, employee and labor relations, workforce data management, and workforce planning and development.
  • Benefits and Wellness
    Comprehensive Benefits and Wellness services related to the administration of the county’s employee benefits programs for active employees and retirees.
  • Risk and Safety Management
    Promoting a strong culture of Risk and Safety Management through the administration of casualty (liability), workers compensation and unemployment claims administration.
