We see individuals and families of all ages! If you need health care, or if someone in your family needs care, we can help. Our staff is able to work with Spanish speakers in the language they feel most comfortable. We also provide interpretation services for other languages.

For medical care, we accept Medicare, Medicaid / Oregon Health Plan (OHP), and many private plans. For dental care, we accept OHP (CareOregon, Capitol, ODS, OpenCard), and ODS commercial plans. For those without insurance, we offer services on a sliding scale. A fee of at least $20 (medical) or $40 (dental) is to be paid for visits at the time of the appointment, and will be applied to the bill.

Hilltop and Sandy
We offer out-patient services for children, adolescents, families, and adults of all ages, including individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Stewart
We offer out-patient services for adults of all ages who are coping with a severe and chronic mental health condition, including individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

We accept many forms of insurance with mental health and substance abuse coverage, including those below. For individuals without mental health coverage, call 503-742-5335 to ask about eligibility for our uninsured funding program.

We serve any and all students within the school district.

No student is denied services. Insurance is billed whenever possible in order to sustain the SBHC. However, students receive care regardless of their ability to pay. Students and families are not charged for services.
