Oregon City Clackamas County elections office and the Happy Valley Vote Center will be open Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to assist voters.

Oregon City, OR - Clackamas County Elections will have extended hours at voter service locations in Oregon City and Happy Valley on Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to assist voters. The Happy Valley Vote Center inside the Happy Valley Library and the Oregon City elections office offer voter assistance and replacement ballots for voters in Clackamas County. Voters can also request a replacement ballot using the online Replacement Ballot Request form at clackamas.us/elections/ballot-request.

Each voter service location is staffed by sworn election officials. Citizens can replace a lost or damaged ballot, update voter registration information, get voting assistance if they have a disability, get voting assistance in a preferred language, return their voted ballot, or vote in person. Voters can choose the location that works best for them.

Election Workers provide assistance to votersHours for both locations:

If you return your ballot by mail, get it in a blue USPS mailbox by Friday, Oct. 31, 2025

The United States Postal Service (USPS) prioritizes delivery of Official Election Mail, but advises voters to mail their ballots back early. Mailed ballots must be postmarked on or before Election Day, Nov. 4 and received by Nov. 12. Clerk McMullen recommends that citizens voting by mail deposit their ballot into a secure blue USPS mailbox by Friday, Oct. 31 to ensure it is received on time.

Official Ballot Drop Sites

Clackamas County Elections has 22 official ballot drop sites open in the jurisdictions having an election; listed in the County Voters’ Pamphlet and also on the county elections website: clackamas.us/elections/official-ballot-drop-sites

Ballots must be received by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025, either by mail with a valid postmark or by delivery to an official ballot drop site. 

Unofficial election results will be posted on election night, Nov. 4, 2025 shortly after 8 p.m. on the Clackamas County Elections website at clackamas.us/elections. Final official results for the November 4, 2025 Special Election will be certified on Dec. 1.
