Our friendly dental staff can help you with all things dental, from regular checkups and toothaches to more complicated dental needs.
Our health centers offer full-service preventive and restorative dental care for qualified individuals. Our skilled, bilingual staff provide care for patients of any age from even before the first tooth. For patients who speak a language other than those spoken by staff, an interpreter can be requested at no cost. Our dental services include regular checkups, cleanings, x-rays, fillings, some emergency appointments and extractions.
Paying for Services
Clackamas Health Centers offers care on a sliding fee scale to eligible uninsured and underinsured people. No one is refused care due to an inability to pay.
We accept the following Medicaid/OHP-Plus plans:
- CareOregon
- Delta (unassigned)
- Open Card
- CAWEM
We currently accept new uninsured patients for urgent problem focused appointments only.
For uninsured or underinsured patients, we offer urgent dental services on a sliding fee scale based on household income. A minimum of $40 (and up to $215) is required at the time of the visit, and will be applied to the bill. In order to be eligible to receive the sliding fee discounts, proof of household income is required.

Children
You are expected to remain in the waiting room or in the parking lot while your child is being treated. If your child is under 15, a parent or legal guardian must be present for your child's exam visits. We need you there to make decisions regarding your child's oral healthcare.
For all other dental visits, the parent or legal guardian may give permission to a person over the age of 18 to bring your child. Please ask your health care team for a Caregiver Designation Form.
