Beginning Sept. 1, 2026 Clackamas County Planning and Zoning will no longer be accepting paper, emailed or faxed permit applications. All permits will need to be applied for online through the Development Direct Self-Service Permit system or in person in the office with an appointment. You can schedule an appointment online or call 503-742-4400 for assistance.
