Eagle Creek - Barton Meeting

Minutes

Minutes for June 12th, 2025

Members were notified by phone or email.

President Brent Parries called the meeting to order at 7 :00 PM
Present were Brent Parries, President; Meg Wiesheier, Vice Pres; Cindy Feagle, Secretary excused, Todd Mitchell, Jan Gilliland, Board member Simon Debruin Treasurer

Voting eligibility voting eligibility: must have signed in to at least one meeting during the past twelve months and own a business or be a resident or property owner within the CPO boundaries.

Minutes for the last meeting were approved by Meg and 2nd by Todd.

Treasury report, given by Simon

New Business:

1. Clackamas Fire unable to attend.
2. Clackamas County Sheriff canceled last minute

Citizen Input, Announcements and Reports:
CCI & Code Enforcement update given by Brent Parries

Updates on roundabouts Amissaager, Duus rd discussions , comments Old hwy road closures etc,dry weather fire danger. Read updates on Sewer expansion start dates. 

Discussion:

1. To keep meeting at Estacada library or possibly contacting old Eagle creek grade school. Most likely keep with the library since more things are available for speakers.
2. Promoting CPO getting updated brochures (what a CPO is.) Also maybe having a meeting 1 or 2 times year with food or speakers to inform what CPO about.

The meeting was adjourned at: 8: 10 PM. The next meeting will be held September 11, 2025, unless pressing business.
