1. Z0118-24 Approved with Conditions, Request to add 3 modular classroom buildings to accommodate the existing student population of Firwood Elementary School.

   Z0342-25 Approved with Conditions, Renewal of Permit for temporary placement of a manufactured home, in addition to the existing permanent dwelling, for the provision of care for a relative due to an age related or medical condition.  The care recipient will reside in the temporary dwelling.  The care provider will reside in the permanent dwelling.
