OCTOBER MEETING AT ORAL HULL Ric will verify availability and make necessary reservations. Suggested we post our meetings in the Mountain Times and Woodland News.
NEW BUSINESS/ADDITIONAL DISCUSSION
We learned of the passing of David Hatfield, memorial September 6.
Ric has been researching our Sandy Library funding use. Last Bond Measure states clearly that funds cannot be used for Capital Expenses. There is a Task Force looking for an interpretation of the Bond Measure, as it varies amongst different areas, and wanting a letter from the CPO with clarification. Bruce and Ric will follow-up.
Becky stated that Ballot Measure with specific instructions should be followed. FYI the Sandy Library building belongs to the city whereas the interior belongs to the Library.
Striping on Wildcat Mountain Dr is in process. Soon to be completed.
Meeting adjourned 8:09pm
