#ClackCo survey on Measure 110

Clackamas County is conducting a survey on resident feelings about Measure 110. The survey can be taken by clicking on www.surveymonkey.com/r/M110Survey.

All residents interested in the topic are encouraged to fill out the survey, which will be open until late November. Shortly thereafter, the results of the survey will be reported to the Board of County Commissioners.

Questions on the survey include:

• Should legislators representing Clackamas County introduce/pass legislation repealing provisions of Measure 110 that decriminalize illegal drugs, including for juveniles?   
   
• Should Governor Kotek call a special legislative session to address Measure 110’s drug decriminalization and its impacts on crime/homelessness?
