   3. Received request from NAMI to present on one of following topics: “Mental Health Matters” (15-60 mins) or “Hearts & Minds” (30-45 mins), date and time at pleasure of CPO.
   4. No Clackamas County Land Use Notifications sent to CPO.

April 1, 2026

Members attending: Sue Dumolt, Jim Dumolt, Gary Bush, Wanda Marshall, Jim Marshall, Craig Loughridge, Susan Gierke and guest Bob Knorr.

The meeting was called to order by Chair Loughridge at 7:38 p.m. The agenda was approved as presented

Gary Bush moved to approve the minutes as presented; Jim Dumolt second Motion approved

Recognition of Visitors

Bob Knorr from Clackamas County Transportation.

The design for Beavercreek Corner has been finished and will be advertised for bid. The engineers’ estimate is $450,000.00. Estimated completion is end of summer. Also, there is a planned water line project on Henrici Rd, to theeast of Beavercreek Rd, planned for late ummer. Sue Dumolt asked about reporting needed road maintenance. There is a Transportation Maintenance website.

Information and Discussion

Roadside cleanup on April 11, 2026. Not the Clarkes Cemetery this time.

School District

Progress on new Middle School, have started building.

NAMI has requested time at a future meeting. Chair Loughridge said it will be during the June 03, 2026 meeting.
