Clarkes Grange Hall
October 1, 2025
In attendance: Jim Dumolt, Sue Dumolt, Tracy Johnson, Julie Harrison, Jim Dumolt, Craig Loughridge and Susan Gierke.
The meeting was called to order at 7:41 p.m. by Chairman Loughridge

Old Business
Staci Dalton shared that after two and a half years of court proceedings, all the way to the State Supreme Court, that Sage and Social was granted a conditional use permit on September 25, 2025 to host events. They have a 6 month timeline to complete some requirements including to place covers on light strings and convert restrooms to permanent structures. Ag use changed to commercial. After completing the requirements they will have a permanent permit. They were approved by the Dept. of Transportation.
New Business

Bancroft, Property Line Adjustment. Approved with conditions.
Dalton, Dalton and Peterson (Sage and Social). Approved with conditions.
Chair Loughridge shared an invite from County Commissioners regarding a discussion of Hamlet vs CPO
Information and Discussion
Clarkes Methodist Church is holding annual sale on October 10th and 11th.
Clarkes Grange Breakfast will be held on October 19 to support the Molalla Grad party.
Molalla School District
They held the ground breaking for the Middle School!
