      1. Approval of Previous Business Meeting Minutes – BCC
    2. *Disaster Management
      1. Approval to apply for a grant with the US Department of Agriculture for wildfire evacuation zone preparedness activities. Grant value is $400,000 over 5 years. Funding through the US Department of Agriculture. No County General Funds are involved.
    3. *Juvenile
      1. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Youth Authority for Individualized Services. Agreement value is $76,558 for 2 years. Funding through the Oregon Youth Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval to Accept the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant for skills groups and intervention services. Grant value is $55,983 over 4 years. Funding through the US Department of Justice. No County General Funds are involved.
    4. *Transportation & Development
      1. Approval of a Funding Agreement with the Clackamas County Historical Society to provide educational programs, preservation of cultural artifacts, heritage, and historical archives, and to maintain and manage the facility and venue. Agreement value is $100,000 for 9 months. Funding through County Lottery Dollars. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval of Amendment #2 to an Intergovernmental Agreement with the State of Oregon to extend the Fire Hardening Grant program through December 31, 2025. Agreement value remains at $162,000. Funding through State of Oregon. No County General Funds are involved.
    5. *Health, Housing, & Human Services
      1. Approval of an Intergovernmental Expense Agreement with Multnomah County Integrated Clinical Services to expand tobacco cessation services. Agreement value is $20,000 for 20 months. Funding is through Health Share of Oregon. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval of an Intergovernmental Revenue Agreement with the State of Oregon for the purchase of Additional software module from FirstWatch. Agreement value is $10,075 for 2 years. No County General Funds are involved.
      3. Approval of a Subrecipient Agreement with North Clackamas Parks & Recreation for services to older adults and persons with disabilities at the Milwaukie Community Center. Agreement value is $430,458 for 1 year. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Human Services, Federal Transportation Administration, Ride Connection, Inc., TriMet, and the Oregon Department of Transportation. No County General Funds are involved.
      4. Approval of Amendment #1 updating the scope and increasing funding to an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Sandy for transportation services to support rural elderly and disabled individuals. Amendment value is $116,000 for 8 months, agreement value increased to $413,048 for 15 months. Funding is through the State of Oregon and $55,000 in budgeted County General Funds.
      5. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Oregon Health Authority for the "Oregon Tobacco Quit Line" electronic referral system. Agreement value is $6,000 for 12 months. Funding is through Health Share of Oregon. No County General Funds are involved.

      1. Approval to Issue a Social Games License to Oregon Poker Club. License value is $25. Funding through Oregon Poker Club. No County General Funds are involved.
  2. *WATER ENVIRONMENT SERVICES CONSENT AGENDA

    1. Approval of Amendment #2 to a Contract with Michels Trenchless, Inc. for Phase 2 Design and Construction for the Tri-City Water Resource Recovery Facility Outfall Project. Amendment value is $58,444,000, total contract value is increased to $60,602,083.60. Funding through WES Sanitary Sewer Construction Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
    2. Approval of a Resolution Declaring the Public Necessity and Purpose for Acquisition of Easements and Fee Property and Authorizing Good Faith Negotiations and Condemnation Actions for the Tri-City Water Resource Recovery Facility Outfall Project. Total value is $121,100. Funding through WES Sanitary Sewer Construction Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
  3. *NORTH CLACKAMAS PARKS & RECREATION DISTRICT CONSENT AGENDA
