Requests for Consent Agenda

  1. Approval of an Amendment increasing funding to the Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Lake Oswego and Metro for Developer Solicitation and Selection for the Boones Ferry Project in Lake Oswego. Amendment value is $5,759,788, total agreement value is increased to $12,909,788. Funding is through Metro Regional Affordable Housing Bond Site Acquisition Program Set-aside Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
  2. Approval of Infrastructure and Additional Shared Cost Agreement with the Workforce Development Board regarding the funding allocations for the WorkSource Clackamas Center. Total contract value of $275.39 for 1 year. Funded through Ross Grant Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
  3. Approval of an Amendment to the Regulatory Agreement and Loan Agreement with Green Line Affordable Development Limited Partnership for the Fuller Road Station, changing the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit set-aside from Average Income to 40-60 model, and approval to delegate signature authority per Resolution 1951. Amendment has no fiscal impact, loan value remains at $8.57 million. Funding is through loan payments by Green Line. No County General Funds are involved.
  4. Approval of an Amendment increasing funding and extending duration of a Personal Services Contract with Do Good Multnomah for supportive services at Clayton Mohr Commons and an assignment addendum to Clackamas County. Amendment value is $110,383.04 for 6 months, total contract value is increased to $480,383.04 for 2 years and 6 months. Funding is through Metro Supportive Housing Services funds. No County General Funds are involved.

  1. Approval of a Subrecipient Grant Agreement to AntFarm for outreach services to older Clackamas County residents. Grant value is $106,276 for 28 months. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Human Services. No County General Funds are involved.
  2. Approval of an Amendment to a Grant Agreement from Oregon Housing & Community Services for Rent Assistance Services. Amendment has no fiscal impact, grant value remains at $3,316,171. Funding is through Oregon Housing and Community Services. No County General Funds are involved.
  3. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Oregon Health Authority for Behavioral Health Housing Investment Funds. Agreement value is $4,704,837.17 for 19 months. Funding is through the Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds Involved.
  4. Approval of an Amendment to a Grant from the Oregon Department of Education for continuation of Coordinated Enrollment services for families eligible for publicly-funded preschool programs. Amendment value is $303,000 for 1 year, grant value is increased to $526,500 for 2 years. Funding is through Oregon Department of Education. No County General Funds are involved.
  5. Approval of an Assignment Addendum from the Housing Authority for a Personal Service Contract with Do Good Multnomah for supportive services at Clayton Mohr Commons.
