Requests for Consent Agenda

  1. Approval of a Supplemental Budget Resolution for a <10% adjustment for the Clackamas County Library Service District for Fiscal Year 2022-2023. Fiscal impact is an increase in appropriations of $600,000. Funding is through increased beginning fund balance, taxes and penalties, and interest. No County General Funds are involved.

Water Environment Services

Requests for Consent Agenda

  1. Approval of Amendment #2 extending duration and increasing funding to a contract with Metro Presort, Inc. for bill printing and mailing services. Amendment value is $385,000 for 2 years, increasing contract value to $1,610,000 for 7 years. Funding is through Water Environment Services Sanitary Sewer and Surface Water Operating funds. No County General Funds are involved.
  2. Approval of Amendment #5 extending duration, modifying scope of work, and increasing funding to a contract with Parametrix Inc. for consulting services for the 3-Creeks Floodplain Enhancement Project. Amendment value is $750,735.01 for 1.5 years, increasing Total contract value to $1,548,171.40 for 6 years. Funding through Water Environment Services Surface Water Construction Fund. No County General Funds are involved.

  1. Approval of a Resolution adopting changed fees for Clackamas County for Fiscal Year 2023- 2024. Fiscal impact is estimated at $230,640 in additional revenues. No County General Funds are involved.

Health, Housing, & Human Services

  1. Approval of a Board Order delegating authority to the County Administrator to accept a noncompetitive award from Oregon Housing & Community Services for mediation services for Manufactured, Marina & Floating Home Communities. Agreement value is up to $400,000 for 2 years. Funding is through Oregon Housing and Community Services. No County General Funds are involved.

Transportation & Development

  1. Approval of a Contract with KNL Industries, Inc., for the Rivergrove Paving project. Total value is $168,236. Funding through the County Road Fund and $100,000 funded through the City of Rivergrove. No County General Funds are involved.
  2. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Happy Valley relating to SE Robert Avenue improvements. No fiscal impact. No General Funds are involved.
  3. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Estacada related to road maintenance, permitting authority, and jurisdictional transfer of a portion of S Eagle Creek Road. Agreement value is value $199,072. Funding through Community Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
  4. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Estacada related to road maintenance, permitting authority, and jurisdictional transfer of a portion of S River Mill Road. Total value $9,303. Funding through Community Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
  5. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Wilsonville to transfer portions of SW Frog Pond Lane and SW Stafford Road. Total value $45,446. Funding through Community Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
  6. Approval of a Supplemental Project Agreement with Oregon Department of Transportation for the Clackamas County Regional Freight Intelligent Transportation System Project Phase 2B. Agreement value is $1,159,428. Funding through Federal Grant and County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
  7. Approval of a Board Order adopting Solid Waste Management Fee increases. No County General Funds are involved.
