  1. Approval of a Contract with Deca Architecture, Inc. for engineering services necessary to design the Kellogg Administration Building Remodel. Total value is $390,985 for 2.2 years. Funding through WES Sanitary Sewer Construction Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
  2. Approval of Amendment #9 with CONSOR North America, INC. to add upgrades for two additional pump stations in the Pump Station Rehabilitation and Upgrades Project. Amendment value is $430,777 and 2 years, increasing total Contract value to $3,052,360 over 6 years. Funding through WES Sanitary Sewer Construction Fund. No County General Funds are involved.

Human Resources

  1. Approval of a Personal Services Contract with Prothman for the management of the recruitment process for County Counsel position. Total value not to exceed $35,000 for 8 months. Funding through budgeted County General Funds.
  2. Ratification of the 2023-2026 Labor Agreement with Clackamas County Peace Officers Association for represented employees. Total value is $38,391,379 over 3 years. Funding is through the Public Safety Local Option Levy, Contract City Funds, State and Federal Funds, Fees and Fines, and $27,642,793 in County General Funds.

Finance

  1. Approval of a Public Improvement Contract with Hydro-Temp Mechanical, Inc. for the Central Utility Plant Expansion Equipment Installation Project. Contract value is $1,194,000. Funding is through budgeted County General Funds and is eligible for 50% reimbursement from the Oregon Courthouse Capital Construction and Improvement Fund.
  2. Approval of a Public Improvement Contract with Pioneer Waterproofing Company, Inc. for the Removal and Replacement of the Public Services Building Exterior Sealant. Contract value is $172,210. Funding is through budgeted County General Funds.

Transportation & Development

  1. Approval of a Board Order approving the subcontracting for infectious waste collection between Republic Services, Inc. and Trilogy MedWaste, Inc. No fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved.
  2. Approval of a Funding Agreement with the Clackamas County Historical Society for projects that will foster an understanding of the history of the Jennings Lodge Camp Meeting Site and Retreat Center. Agreement value is $166,500. Funding through Jennings Lodge Camp Meeting Site and Retreat Center Education and Preservation Fund. No County General Funds are involved.

Health, Housing, & Human Services

  1. Approval to apply for a Grant for Overdose Prevention Project. Anticipated grant value is up to $766,000 for 24 months. Funding is through CareOregon. No County General Funds are involved.
  2. Approval of Amendment #6, extending time and funding of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue District for Ambulance Services. Amendment value is $53,010.72 for 1 year. Agreement value is increased to $1,247,344.22 for 11 years. Funding by the cost savings program with AMR NW. No County General Funds are involved.
  3. Approval of a Subrecipient Agreement with City of Wilsonville, on behalf of its Wilsonville Community Center for services to older adults. Agreement value is $119,200 for 1 year. Funding is through the federal Older Americans Act. No County General Funds are involved.
  4. Approval of Revenue Agreement with CareOregon for the Medication for Opioid Use Disorder in Primary Care incentive program. Estimated agreement value is $162,000.00 for 1 year. Funding is through CareOregon. No County General Funds are involved.
  5. Approval of Amendment #2 updating language and increasing funding to a Revenue Intergovernmental Agreement with Oregon Health Authority (OHA) for the financing of Public Health Services. Amendment value is $1,724,072.59 for 1 year. Agreement value increased to $5,463,272.18 for 1 years. Funding is through OHA Federal and State grants. No County General Funds are involved.
  6. Approval of Amendment #1 extending time and increasing funding to a Technology Services Contract with Conduent Healthy Communities Corporation for the Public Health Community Data Dashboard. Amendment value is $29,818 for 1 year. Contract value increased to $177,318.00 for 6 years. Funding is through the State of Oregon Public Health Modernization. No County General Funds are involved.
  7. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Sunrise Water Authority for Low Income Household Utility Assistance Program. Agreement value is $5250 for 1 Year. Funding is through the Sunrise Water Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
