Z0516-25: The proposal is for two new buildings to house adult drug and alcohol treatment services, and associated transitional housing and site development.

Z0208-25: The proposed new hospital at the Kaiser Permanente Sunnyside Medical Center is a seven-story building, plus basement, spanning approximately 615,000 square feet and housing 308 patient beds.

Z0160-25/Z0161-25: The applicant proposes to build a 42-bed residential care facility with 24-hour care for elderly tenants. The care facility will also include a memory care endorsement. The development will include associated on-site landscaping, lighting, and parking.

Z0057-25: Proposal includes a new 4plex, parking areas, walkways, enhanced landscaping and the conversion of the existing home into a duplex for a total of 6 units on the site.
