  • Individual must live or provide services in Clackamas County
  • Business or organization must operate or provide services in Clackamas County
  • Program or service serves low-income Clackamas County residents
  • Program or service operational for at least 12 months
  • Individual is not a Clackamas County employee or member of the Community Action Board
