UPDATE (Friday, March 4): Identity of man killed in SE 90th Avenue homicide; tips still sought

The victim killed in the Feb. 27, 2022 shooting on SE 90th Avenue can now be identified as Ricky Wayne Cotten, 38, of Clackamas.

The Oregon State Medical Examiner's Office conducted an autopsy and determined the victim died of homicide by gunshot wound.

UPDATE -- LOCATED: Sheriff's Office seeks tips in search for missing/endangered juvenile [REDACTED], 16 and missing juvenile [REDACTED], 16.

UPDATE (March 2): [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] been located. Thank you to everyone who helped spread the word.

EARLIER (February 27): The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help to locate missing/endangered juvenile [REDACTED] and missing juvenile [REDACTED].

[REDACTED] left her SE 70TH AVE home on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 and has not returned. It is believed she may be with 16-year-old [REDACTED] who left his school in Estacada the same day and has not returned home.

The Deputy involved is: Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office Deputy David Fooladjoush, employed since December 2016.

Deputy Fooladjoush is on paid administrative leave as is standard in an officer involved shooting.
