Community Rooms

Oak Lodge Community Room 

The Oak Lodge Public Library offers a free meeting room for non-commercial use. 

Reservation details 

• Reserve up to 90 days in advance 
• Must be booked at least 2 hours before your start time 
• A completed and approved Community Room Registration Form is required before reserving 
• Room use is limited to library open hours 

Room features 

• 10 tables and 40 chairs 
• Whiteboard and monitor 
• Wi-Fi, wireless audio and screen sharing technology capable  
• Groups must bring their own equipment (computers, etc.)

Gladstone Community Room 

The Gladstone Public Library offers a free meeting room for non-commercial use. 

Reservation details
