Oak Lodge Community Room
The Oak Lodge Library has a meeting room that groups can reserve for non-commercial purposes at no charge. It can be reserved up to 90 days in advance, and reservations must in place at least two hours before the start time of the reservation. A signed copy of the Community Room Registration form must be submitted, approved, and on file at the Library before a reservation can be made. The room has four tables and 22 chairs. It also has a whiteboard, projection screen, and Wi-Fi access. Groups using the room must supply their own electronic equipment such as computers, projectors, etc. Please note the room may only be used during the Library's open hours.
