Approval of Local Grant Agreement between Clackamas County and Micro Enterprise Services of Oregon (MESO) for MESO to Provide Technical Assistance to Businesses, and a Small Grants and Micro-Loan Program on behalf of Clackamas County in an Effort to Support the Local Business Community Impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic (this item was removed from 5-14-2020 meeting for further staff review)

V. WATER ENVIRONMENT SERVICES
