    2. Adoption of Previously Approved Zoning and Development Ordinance Amendments, ZDO-287 – Zoning and Development Ordinance Amendments Related to Places of Worship
  2. CONSENT AGENDA            
    (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions.       1. Approval of Previous Business Meeting MinutesBCC
    2. *County Administration
      1. Approval of a Subrecipient Grant Agreement with the Clackamas 800 Radio Group to support emergency response systems and to fund emergency response projects. Grant value is $2MM. Funding is through County-allocated American Rescue Plan Act Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
    3. *Juvenile
      1. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Youth Authority for Providing Funding for Juvenile Crime Prevention Basic Services and Diversion Services. Agreement value is $2,105,315 for 2 years. Funding through the Oregon Youth Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
    4. *Health, Housing, & Human Services
      1. Approval of a Revenue Grant Agreement from the Oregon Department of Early Learning and Care to continue Coordinated Enrollment services for families eligible for publicly funded preschool programs. Agreement value is $390,500 for 2 years. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Early Learning and Care. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval of a Revenue Intergovernmental Agreement with the State of Oregon for the Operation of Community Developmental Disability Services for Clackamas County. Anticipated agreement value is $29,394,999 for 2 years. Funding is through Federal Medicaid Funds and State General Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
    5. *Transportation & Development
      1. Approval of Annual Intergovernmental Agreement with Metro to Implement the FY 23-24 Annual Waste Reduction and Recycle at Work Program. Total revenue is $764,216 for 1 year. Funding through the Regional System Fees collected on tons of waste disposed in the Metro Service District. No County General Funds are involved.
  3. *DEVELOPMENT AGENCY CONSENT AGENDA (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. Approval of a Resolution Declaring the Public Necessity and purpose for Acquisition of Right of Way, Easements and Fee Property and Authorizing Good Faith Negotiations and Condemnation Actions with Development Agency for the Monroe Street Improvements Project. Right of way budget is $1,000,000. Funding is through Clackamas County Development Agency. No County General Funds are involved.
  4. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION           
    (The Chair of the Board will call for statements from citizens regarding issues relating to County government. It is the intention that this portion of the agenda shall be limited to items of County business which are properly the object of Board consideration and may not be of a personal nature. Testimony is limited to three (3) minutes. Comments shall be respectful and courteous to all.)
