      1. Approval of Previous Business Meeting Minutes – BCC
      2. Approval of a Goods and Services Contract with 911 Supply for employee uniform items. Contract Value is $1,080,000 for 3 years. Funding is through budgeted County General Funds. – Sheriff
      3. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with North Clackamas School District for School Resource Officers. Agreement Value is $656,016 for 3 years. Funding is through North Clackamas School District. No County General Funds are involved. – Sheriff
      4. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Milwaukie for reimbursement of retail crime investigation expenses. Agreement Value is $48,000 for 1 year. Funding is through the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission.  No County General Funds are involved. – Sheriff
    2. Technology Services
      1. Approval of a Purchase Order with Computer Discount Warehouse Government for upgrades to server virtual infrastructure. Order Value is $1,260,981.95 for 5 years. Funding is through budgeted departmental cost allocations, which does include a small portion of budgeted County General Funds.
    3. Transportation & Development
      1. Approval of a change order with P&C Construction for tree removal and other additional scope of work to the new Concord Park playground and Community Center renovations. Amendment Value is $134,079.53 for 4 months. Total Agreement Value is $36,759,157.08 for 4 years. Funding is through the NCPRD General Fund and System Development Charges. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval of a Contract Amendment with Consor North America for Johnson Creek Boulevard Improvement Project construction phase services. Amendment Value is $224,425 for 6 months. Total Contract Value is $722,321 for 2 years. Funding is through the County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
    4. Health, Housing & Human Services
      1. Approval of an Amendment to a Revenue Intergovernmental Agreement with Oregon Health Authority for nutrition and reproductive health programming. Amendment Value is $47,452.57 for 3 months. Total Agreement Value is $12,444,877.33 for 2 years. Funding is through Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval of a Personal Services Contract with Folk-Time for peer support specialists to assist with mental health and substance abuse care. Contract Value is $471,650.83 for 19 months. Funding is through the Oregon Health Authority and the Oregon Health Plan. No County General Funds are involved.
      3. Approval of a Personal Services Contract with Folk-Time for peer delivered services through the Aid and Assist Program. Contract Value is $236,344.35 for 19 months. Funding is through the Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
      4. Approval of a Personal Services Contract with Folk-Time for peer support specialists on the Mobile Crisis Response Team. Contract Value is $730,917.64 for 19 months. Funding is through the Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
      5. Approval of a Personal Services Contract with Folk-Time for peer support specialists at the Clackamas Mental Health Center. Contract Value is $484,433.18 for 19 months. Funding is through the Oregon Health Plan. No County General Funds are involved.
      6. Approval of a Personal Services Contract with Folk-Time for a peer support specialist to serve Intensive Care Coordination Team clients. Contract Value is $239,723.46 for 19 months. Funding is through the Oregon Health Plan. No County General Funds are involved.
      7. Approval of a Personal Services Contract with Folk-Time for a peer support specialist to serve older adults experiencing mental health and/or addiction struggles. Contract Value is $236,406.96 for 21 months. Funding is through the Oregon Health Plan. No County General Funds are involved.
  3. NORTH CLACKAMAS PARKS & RECREATION DISTRICT CONSENT AGENDA (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. Approval of a Board Order to delegate limited signing authority to the NCPRD Director for completion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement with Monroe Park Middle Housing for acquisition of a new park located at SE 70th Avenue and SE Monroe Street. Purchase Price is $3,375,000. Funding is through the NCPRD Property Acquisition Account and the Clackamas County Development Agency. No County General Funds are involved.
  4. DEVELOPMENT AGENCY CONSENT AGENDA
    (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions.     1. Approval of an Owner Participation and Development Agreement with Green Light for funding of public infrastructure improvements and the development of a new park located on SE Monroe Street. Agreement Value is $725,000 for 5 years. Funding is through Development Agency Urban Renewal Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
  5. WATER ENVIRONMENT SERVICES CONSENT AGENDA (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. Approval of an Amendment with Century West Engineering for final design and engineering services for the Rock Creek Interceptor Extension Project. Amendment Value is $1,351,003.12 for 15 months. Total Agreement Value is $1,837,444.02 for 31 months. Funding is through WES Sanitary Sewer Construction and System Development Charge Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
