In addition, a synopsis of each item, together with a brief statement of the action being requested shall be made by those appearing on behalf of an agenda item.)- First Public Hearing for the removal of County Code Section 2.05.160.4, regarding Extended Sick Leave, and Section 2.05.070.17, regarding Veteran’s Preference, for replacement with Employee Policies and Procedures. No fiscal impact. No County General Funds are involved.
- Proposal No. 2025-002: Annexation to Clackamas County Service District #1 of territory located at 14294 SE Big Timber Ct, Happy Valley, OR, for sanitary sewer and stormwater services.
- HOUSING AUTHORITY CONSENT AGENDA
(The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. - Approval of a Local Subrecipient Agreement with Northwest Family Services for the operation of a food pantry program in the City of Gladstone. Agreement Value is $87,547 for 1 year. Funding is through the Supportive Housing Services Measure. No County General Funds are involved
- Approval of an Amendment to a Personal Services Contract with Northwest Family Services for housing navigation and shelter at Casa Esperanza. Amendment Value is $775,676.58 for 1 year. Total Agreement Value is $2,861,021.18 for 4 years. Funding is through the Supportive Housing Services Measure and $112,855 in budgeted County General Funds.
- Approval of a Personal Services Contract with Northwest Family Services for youth-focused housing and rapid rehousing services. Contract Value is $1,668,315 for 1 year. Funding is through the Supportive Housing Services Measure. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Personal Services Contract with Northwest Family Services for supportive housing case management and short-term rental assistance. Contract Value is $3,087,385 for 1 year. Funding is through the Supportive Housing Services Measure. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of a Personal Services Contract with The Mental Health & Addiction Association of Oregon for peer delivered services to overdose survivors and substance use disorder clients. Agreement Value is $603,962.90 for 5 years. Funding is through the Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Health Authority for Behavioral Health Workforce Initiative program funds. Amendment Value is no fiscal impact for 1 year. Total Agreement Value is $381,250 for 3 years. Funding is through the Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
- Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Oregon City for the creation of a community court for homeless and housing-insecure participants. - Approval of an Amendment to Agreements Related to State Funding for the Housing Assistance for People Experiencing Homelessness. Total Agreement Value is $139,500,000 for 3 years. Funding is through State of Oregon Article XI-Q Bonds. No County General Funds are involved. Amendment Value is $4,958,448.98 for 1 year. Funding is through the State of Oregon.
