  1. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION (The Chair of the Board will call for statements from citizens regarding issues relating to County government. It is the intention that this portion of the agenda shall be limited to items of County business which are properly the object of Board consideration and may not be of a personal nature. Testimony is limited to three (3) minutes. Comments shall be respectful and courteous to all.)

  2. CONSENT AGENDA 
    (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. Elected Officials
      1. Approval of Previous Business Meeting Minutes – BCC
      2. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Clackamas County Fairgrounds and Event Center for law enforcement services during the County Fair. Agreement Value is $23,300 for 5 days. Funding is through reimbursement from the Fairgrounds and Event Center. – CCSO
    2. Transportation & Development
      1. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Metro and Clackamas County for use of Metro 2019 Parks and Nature Bond Local Share Funding on Feyrer Park and Barton Park projects. Agreement Value is $5,381,324. Funding is through Metro. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Clackamas Community College for Career and Technical Education program scholarships. Agreement Value is $100,000 for 1 year. Funding is through Oregon Lottery dollars. No County General Funds are involved.
      3. Approval of a Board Order for declaration of tax foreclosed properties as surplus to be auctioned. Total Aggregate Value is estimated to be a minimum of $2,584,866.29. Funding is through auction proceeds. No County General Funds are involved.
      4. Approval of a Public Improvement Contract with Westech Construction for sidewalks, curbs and other construction for the SE Johnson Creek Boulevard Project. Contract Value is $1,714,494.04 for 2 years. Funding is through County Road Fund, the Development Agency and the Oregon Department of Transportation. No County General Funds are involved.
      5. Approval of a Public Improvement Contract with KNL Industries for the Mount Talbert Paving Project. Contract Value is $780,942.90 for 5 months. Funding is through the County Road Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
    3. Health, Housing & Human Services
      1. Approval of an Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Health Authority for Choice Model care coordination services to adults with serious and persistent mental illness. Amendment Value is $441,752.51 for 6 months. Total Agreement Value is $1,784,816.01 for 2 years. Funding is through the Oregon Health Authority. No County General Funds are involved.
      2. Approval of an Amendment to a Contract with Passio Technologies for new camera systems in Transportation Reaching People vehicles. Amendment Value is $97,550.50 for 3 years. Total Contract Value is $246,220.22 for 6 years. Funding is through Statewide Transportation Improvement Funds. No County General Funds are involved.
      3. Approval of a Revenue Grant Agreement with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for permanent supportive housing. Agreement Value is $522,402 for 1 year. Funding is through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and a required 25% match of Regional Supportive Housing Services Measure funds. No County General Funds are involved.
      4. Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Department of Human Services for intellectual and developmental disability programs. Agreement Value is $38,187,575 for 2 years. Funding is through the Oregon Department of Human Services. No County General Funds are involved.
      5. Approval of a Direct Award Application to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to promote responsible fatherhood and healthy marriages. Grant Value is $3,749,995 for 5 years. Funding is through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. No County General Funds are involved.
  3. SERVICE DISTRICT #5 (STREET LIGHTING) CONSENT AGENDA (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. Approval of a Board Resolution to certify the 2025-26 property assessment roll for Service District No. 5. Total Assessment Value is $2,412,266.22. Funding is through Service District No. 5 rate payers. No County General Funds are involved.
  4. WATER ENVIRONMENT SERVICES CONSENT AGENDA (The following Items are considered routine, and therefore will not be allotted individual discussion time on the agenda. Many of these items have been discussed by the Board in Work Sessions. The items on the Consent Agenda will be approved in one motion unless a Board member requests, before the vote on the motion, to have an item considered at its regular place on the agenda.)
    1. Approval of a Personal Services Contract with Ecology In Classrooms And Outdoors for middle and high school watershed educational programs. Contract Value is $365,279. Funding is through the WES Surface Water Operating Fund. No County General Funds are involved.
