- Approval of a Participation Agreement with the Oregon Health Authority for an alternative payment methodology to incentivize quality over quantity of health center visits. - Approval of an Amendment to a Behavioral Health Services Agreement with Trillium Community Health Plan for behavioral health and care coordination services, including peer support, mobile crisis response, and provider oversight.
