    1. Z0361-25 Ray & Kari Jacobs, 22290 S Kamrath Road, Oregon City, zoned RA1 (rural area residential 1 acre), 2.80 acres, requesting a 2-parcel partition with a common driveway.  Approved subject to conditions.
    2. Z0275-25 Cindy Lou Pease, 22575 S Hwy 213, Oregon City, zoned EFU, 30.2 acres, requesting operating a community center in the historic Carus schoolhouse that was relocated to her property in conjunction with the 501(c)3 non-profit Friends of the Historic Schoolhouse.  Approved subject to conditions.

  • Clackamas Soil & Water Conservation District (Lisa Kilders and Chris Lapp to discuss the Barn) – Reviewed August meeting & survey results & CSWCD Board’s decision regarding the historic barn.  Explained futured options & engaged in questions & answers.
  • Patty Nelson, Special Projects, Senior Engineer Public Works, Engineering, City of OC – Henrici Pump Station & Transmission Improvement Project – adding an additional 24” water line along Henric & Beavercreek Roads to Glen Oak Road during the summer 2026.  Traffic a serious concern.  Engaged in questions & answers.

    1. Z0419-25 Nichole Reding-Hoffart & Gregory Hoffart, 12224 S Casto Road, Oregon City, zoned Ag Forest District, 1.52 acres, requesting a property line adjustment – Applicant Gregory Hoffart present.  After the Board and membership reviewed the land use application, a motion was made by board member Merchant to move in support of the application. This was seconded by board member Matteo. The board voted six (6) in favor (Stevens, Merchant, Buchert, Matteo, Sernach, Hillyard), none (0) opposed, and none (0) abstained. The public voted seven (7) in favor, none (0) opposed, none (0) abstained.

    6. Clackamas Soil & Water Conservation District – Joe Matteo – Weed of the month Spruge laurel.  Reported on current Board topics.
    7. Clackamas County Transportation System Plan Policy Advisory Committee (PAC) – Tammy Stevens – Tammy is the Planning Commission Rep on the PAC. This PAC will recommend to the BCC the improvements in Clackamas County’s Transportation for the next 20 years. Meetings for the coming year.

    1. Park Activities 2025: Mark & Cindy Hillyard (see website event calendar for details)
      1. Holiday Tree Lighting – December 6thReviewed the numerous community events at the Grange & Korner Park on December 6th.  Encouraged members to visit the Giving Tree at the Beavercreek Saloon to sponsor a family in need over the holidays.

    1. State of the County – November 5th – Tammy & Gina attended at CCC.  A very valuable presentation.
