- Clackamas Soil & Water Conservation District (Lisa Kilders and Chris Lapp to discuss the Barn) – Reviewed August meeting & survey results & CSWCD Board’s decision regarding the historic barn. Explained futured options & engaged in questions & answers.
- Patty Nelson, Special Projects, Senior Engineer Public Works, Engineering, City of OC – Henrici Pump Station & Transmission Improvement Project – adding an additional 24” water line along Henric & Beavercreek Roads to Glen Oak Road during the summer 2026. Traffic a serious concern. Engaged in questions & answers.

- Z0419-25 Nichole Reding-Hoffart & Gregory Hoffart, 12224 S Casto Road, Oregon City, zoned Ag Forest District, 1.52 acres, requesting a property line adjustment – Applicant Gregory Hoffart present. After the Board and membership reviewed the land use application, a motion was made by board member Merchant to move in support of the application. This was seconded by board member Matteo. The board voted six (6) in favor (Stevens, Merchant, Buchert, Matteo, Sernach, Hillyard), none (0) opposed, and none (0) abstained. The public voted seven (7) in favor, none (0) opposed, none (0) abstained.

- Clackamas County Transportation System Plan Policy Advisory Committee (PAC) – Tammy Stevens – Tammy is the Planning Commission Rep on the PAC. This PAC will recommend to the BCC the improvements in Clackamas County’s Transportation for the next 20 years. Meetings for the coming year.
