Proposal: Conditional Use Permit for the rehabilitation of the existing Golf Club Terrace pump station. Improvements will replace old and failing equipment to increase the reliability of the facility and address specific maintenance issues. To rehabilitate the pump station, new pumps and multiple mechanical upgrades will be completed inside the wet well. The existing valving and below grade vault will be replaced, and a permanent standby power generator will be installed to eliminate the need for a portable generator. The project will not increase the pumping capacity, building area, or classification.
