There are two opportunities in coming weeks for the public to express their views about Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) tolling plans to ODOT.

Tolling and Oregon’s Land Use Program

The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is inviting the public to comment on ODOT's recommendation that the statewide tolling program not be added to the “Programs Affecting Land Use" as found in the OAR 731, division 015

I-205 Toll Project Environmental Assessment: Public Input, Feb. 21 – April 7

The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is planning tolls on the Abernethy and Tualatin River bridges to pay for improvements that will reduce congestion and improve safety. Tolls collected from drivers will be invested back into Clackamas County.

On Feb. 21, 2023, ODOT published an Environmental Assessment -- a detailed report that describes ODOT’s plans, and the benefits and impacts of I-205 tolling and improvements in Clackamas County. They want to hear from you!
