On Friday, Feb. 11, 2022, the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, in partnership with ODOT, will use grant-funded overtime to educate the public about safety belt and child seat laws.

The Deputy involved is: Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office Deputy David Fooladjoush, employed since December 2016.
Deputy Fooladjoush is on paid administrative leave as is standard in an officer involved shooting.

Sheriff’s Office Sergeant's vehicle struck while on patrol
Shortly after midnight on Friday, December 10, 2021, a Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office Sergeant was on patrol driving southbound on Interstate 205 near Highway 224 when his patrol car was struck by another vehicle. The Sergeant was transported to a local hospital, treated, and released.
We are thankful that our Sergeant was not seriously injured.
