WES currently offers the following customer assistance programs that may be able to help with paying your bill.
WES Low Income Discount
Clackamas Water Environment Services offers discounts on the sanitary sewer portion of its monthly bills to customers who meet the low income guidelines. Discounts are not applicable to surface water charges.

Low Income Household Water Assistance (LIHWA) Program
The Low-Income Household Water Assistance (LIHWA) program is a new financial assistance program funded by the Federal government. It is currently only a one-time program but could continue into the future.
LIHWA allows Clackamas County to directly pay Clackamas Water Environment Services (WES) sewer and surface water bills for eligible households. This support can be used for:
- Current Charges
- Past Due Amounts
To be eligible: Household income must be at or below 60% of Oregon's median income based on household size:

To be considered for the program, households must contact us at WESCustomerService@clackamas.us to obtain an information consent form for a referral to Clackamas County Social Services. Clackamas County Social Services will contact customer to determine eligibility for the program and begin the application process.
