Open Postions
An Election will be conducted on May 16, 2023, to vote for candidates for local school, fire, water, and other Special District board members.
Open Positions will be posted by Feb. 4th
Candidate Filings begin: Feb. 6th
Candidate Filing Deadline: Mar. 16th
Candidate Filing Instructions
1. Determine eligibility.
- Review the Qualifications to Hold Office in Special Districts. The list of open positions will be listed below.
2. Submit Candidate Filing Form. (Required)
- Fee- $10, cash/check (made out to Clackamas County Elections) only NO credit/debit cards)

Petition (information on petition signature requirements)
Filings will be accepted from February 6th - March 16th at 5:00 p.m.
By mail/in person: 1710 Red Soils Ct, Suite 100

3. Submit Candidate Statement for Voters' Pamphlet. (Optional)
- Fee- $25, cash/check (made out to Clackamas County Elections) only NO credit/debit cards
- Photo and Statement of Endorsement (If including, hard copies are required.)
- Filed candidates can submit an optional Voters' Pamphlet Statement from February 6th - March 24th at 5:00 pm.
