Accepted Recycling

All recycling should be empty and dry.

Collect these items together:

  • Bottles, jugs and round containers (6 oz. and larger)
  • Buckets (up to 5 gal.)
  • Nursery plant pots (4 in. wide and larger)
  • No plastic bags, to-go cups and containers, plastic padded envelopes, lids and packaging, Styrofoam™
  • Newspapers and magazines
  • Office paper and mail
  • Cereal &and cracker boxes
  • Cartons (milk, juice, soup)
  • No freezer boxes, coffee/paper cups, paper plates, napkins, paper towels, tissues, pet food bags or food-soiled paper.

Asbestos To protect the health and safety of employees and customers, transfer stations screen all loads of remodeling, construction and demolition waste that may contain asbestos. Proper paperwork for loads with suspect materials is required from all customers. Learn more asbestos disposal.
