H3S – Health Centers
$59.77 - $76.04 Hourly/DOE
This is a temporary part-time (three, eight-hour days per week) position at our Oregon City High School Based Health Center (SBHC).
Role and Responsibilities
Nurse Practitioner will provide acute medical care to students who are patients at this site. Age range is 5 years to 18 years of age with the majority of patients being adolescents aged 14 to 18 years.
The provider will work along with a team of CMA and Mental Health providers.
Medical care provided includes age-appropriate reproductive health care, care of students with anxiety and depression, sports medicine, well child and sports physicals and care for acute injuries and illnesses.
Minimum qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience that would provide the required knowledge and skills to perform the responsibilities of this position.
Preferred qualifications
Experience providing age-appropriate reproductive health care to adolescents including IUD and Nexplanon placement preferred.
Schedule
Schedule will consist of three 8-hour weekdays per week: 8 am to 4:30 pm. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays preferred days.
Duration
12/1/2025 – 12/18/2025 and 1/5/2026 – 1/26/2026
