No, if you have already completed a Preauthorized Payments Agreement for recurring payments using your checking or saving account, you do not need to register for the online payment system. Pre-authorized payments from bank accounts are drawn on the 20th of each month. If you would prefer to choose another day of the month, please contact WESCustomerService@clackamas.us to inactivate your current recurring payment then use the online system and submit debit or credit card information to set up a new recurring payment.
75721Yes, WES offers you the option of pre-authorizing recurring payments from your bank account on the 20th of each month. Simply fill out the Preauthorized Payments Agreement, sign it then send it to us along with a copy of a voided check. If you would prefer to choose another day of the month, you can use your debit card to set up recurring payments using the online payment system. At this time, bank routing numbers and account numbers cannot be used in the online payment system.
